Saw this on a drive through. Did a double take when I realized it was a Gnome desktop!

That’s Unity, not Gnome.
It could be Gnome if it’s Ubuntu 10.10, which already looked like this.
But that would mean they’re running software that hasn’t seen a security update in 12 years.least out-of-date company software
A beverage distributor in my city had delivery issues last week cause they were upgrading their systems - to Windows 2000.
They had been running Windows 3.11 before.lmao, as i said least out-of-date

The current one, yes. But that looks different.
This is most likely 16.04 LTS, which still used Unity.

Yeah that’s actually pretty common. There’s a lot of BOH appliances running freedos or dr dos.
