I have a Zoom65v2 that’s almost perfect but doesn’t support QMK so I’ve been shopping around and wanted to get the community’s opinions before making a decision.
My criteria:
- size: 60-65%
- firmware: QMK
- layout standard: ansi
- layout ergonomics: normal
- hot-swappable: required, my soldering days are behind me
- per-key RGB (QMK rgb_matrix) is a must have
- underlighting (QMK rgblight) would be a plus
The kprepublic bm60/bm68 and Tofu 60/65 (2.0) are currently at the top of my list. I have a bm40 that I could only love more if it had more code space.
(I’m selling the Zoom65v2 if anyone is interested.)
pretty sure keychron sells 60%s at multiple price points, i have the Q6 and it’s awesome. planning to get a V3 for work.
here are just three options, but they have even more:

https://www.keychron.com/products/keychron-q4-pro-qmk-via-wireless-custom-mechanical-keyboard
https://www.keychron.com/products/keychron-v2-qmk-custom-mechanical-keyboard
but none of them have underlights i’m afraid.
Since OP wants QMK — how do the keychrons work wirelessly with QMK? I thought you needed ZMK for wireless firmware.
idk my keyboard is wired. but keychron says the wireless ones are running qmk as well if i’m not mistaken.
it literally says QMK in the listing
Totally, I saw that they are listed as QMK and wireless, I’m just curious how they figured that out when as far as I know there are basically no other QMK keyboards running wirelessly.
