The Illinois Supreme Court on Friday upheld the state’s assault-style weapons ban in a 4-3 ruling after months of legal challenges sought to dismantle the law.
For this conversation to be had nationally I think a minimum of 3/4 of the population will have to have long term faith in the Government to be fair and just. Then theyd also have to have complete faith that enemies foreign and domestic (think criminals, terrorists, violent nations) won’t use these weapons against them.
