As People try to get in touch with mods through discord, the act of it being banned has been random.
“for violating the Reddit rules”
Isn’t it “great” how subreddits often get as much info on why they’re being banned as Josef K. did in The Process?
And those suckers still put up with this sort of abuse.
I used to particularly enjoy getting banned from subs for being mean - with a link to my comment being a reply to someone calling me an idiot and me telling them why they are wrong.
It’s a backend gitch that’s being resolved potentially. Getting some serious twitter deja right now…
Looks like reddit is making changes to banned users/subreddit all without telling anyone. Yet I do not know what the new banned rule is because all the subreddits are different in rules and topics.
Apparently it’s resolved.
Still, this doesn’t inspire confidence towards The Snoo Platform, back-end wise.
You should try to get them to rebuild their community on Lemmy.
It’s back now.
And it’s back. Same thing happened to r/ComicBooks, and it’s back.
