I can’t deal with the Thamas anymore, man. We are doing reasonably well in the Bundesliga, but in the CL, Tuchelball has been a violation of the Geneva Conventions, and worst thing is, it worked once again, so nothing will change. 75 dismal minutes, followed by Bouna Sarr as the first sub, it’s like he’s trying to making a mockery out of the concept of substitutions. Gala got tired in the end, but they should have finished us in the first half.

I can’t even be happy about this shit anymore

Hey, 3 points…so Tuchel must have done everything right, riiiiight?

Pisspoor performance in the first half, lucky in the 2nd that Gala couldn’t take that high speed for more than 70 min and also failed to shoot more goals themselves.

    Questionable substitutions at random times

First game in knockout stage and Bayern is out cause not a single CL winner-contender is gonna let Bayern show up with such a performance and not punish them

Tuchel is going down as the worst coach in the history of the team, which is impressive, considering the run Klinsmann had a couple of years back…

F up is that he’s registering wins against mediocre teams with this horrible setup. And the Bayern bosses are squeezed tight after the mid season dismissal of Nags last year. Replacing Tuchel with Flick mid season is imperative and hard. Next season I’d like to see Flick, Alonso, or Nagelsmann (depending on how the GNFT perform in the Euro’s). Tuchel is not a Bayern worthy coach.

Same game as Mainz we played horrible football but scored 3 goals and won the game. I don’t know how we got away with it, but just like against Mainz, I’ll take it.

It’s sad to lose after such an impressive first half, but it’s kind of obvious that you can’t keep that press for 90 minutes against Bayern. Overall I’m very proud of this team and hopeful for its future. Ahead of the game we were expecting a lose with the what if feeling anyways.

We gave them hell for 70 minutes and I feel proud of my team. If we were even slightly more clinical in front of the goal we could’ve got away with it.

Good game Bayern bros. We really had you guys in the first half but that best in the world mentality is too strong to handle over 90 minutes.

I’m so fucking proud of this team. We finished mid table in the Turkish league just two seasons ago and now we’re here going toe to toe against the giants.

Really just fell apart in the second half, but you can see the potential is there. Disappointing, but still optimistic.

What an absolute night and day performance. That first half will be with me forever, locking down Bayern like that, pushing your defensive line 15-20m onto their half, I’d never have imagined. Sad that we wasted so many chances but the team showed that we are ready to go head to head with the big boys, just need to build a comfortable lead when we’re putting our immense pressure early for when we inevitably drop in energy levels.

First of all I want to say thank you to the Galatasaray fans who gave us a wonderful Champions League evening.

Regarding the game I want to commend Gala for what they invested into the game and how much they ran. Their pressing was really impressive and put Bayern into a chokehold that they didn’t know how to get themselves out of. At times it was a bit harakiri with no one in counter prevention as we saw with the 0-1. The deciding factor in the end was Gala not being able to score from one of the many chances they had. Around the 70th minute, Gala ran out of gas and Bayern completely picked them apart when the space was there.

Bayern needs to be better than this if they want to go far in this tournament especially since the passing was horrendous and the midfield non-existent. They also have to learn how to minimize easy loss of the balls.

Galatasaray should make it through the groups if they are able to convert there chances. They need to learn how to control there energy better and that LB is a liability

Do Gala press that high in the league as well? Gotta be one of the most entertaining teams to watch

That first half was so amazing to see, shame it didn’t go further.

I think that Bayern would have won 2-3 anyway, but it’s such a shame it wasn’t closer than it was.
