minus-squareTavarin@lemmy.calinkfedilinkarrow-up3arrow-down4·1 year agoWell if you only watch it on a small screen that makes sense. In Imax 3D it was stunning, and very engrossing.
minus-squarelightnsfw@reddthat.comlinkfedilinkarrow-up5·1 year agoThe special effects were beautiful it was the plot that was the problem. Pretty much the same as the first one.
minus-squarewombatula@lemm.eelinkfedilinkEnglisharrow-up6arrow-down1·1 year agoSo it’s a great theme park ride, but a terrible movie.
minus-squareTavarin@lemmy.calinkfedilinkarrow-up3arrow-down3·1 year agoAnd that’s a problem? I still enjoyed the story, but being so drawn in by the world is what certainly helped make it more enjoyable.
minus-squarewombatula@lemm.eelinkfedilinkEnglisharrow-up1·1 year agoOnce it leaves theatres, of course that is a problem lmao. Where can I go see it in imax 3d? Spend half a million dollars on a home cinema? I watch most movies at home, as do most people (especially since covid), if I can’t even buy tickets to the theme park then what interest is it to me?
