I guess there’s more than one kind of Orthodox Christian? Seems weird to me, I thought they were just decentralized Catholics with clergy marriage.

The church’s second most senior priest, Metropolitan Pavlo, has been notified he is suspected of inciting inter-religious hatred and distributing materials justifying Russian aggression. He has denied the accusations.

I really wish they were more specific here. What kind of “materials”? What did they say/show? Does the government actually possess any of those “materials” to present as evidence?

I’m not a big fan of Russia right now, but I’m concerned because government messing with religion rarely ends well.
