LA has some of the worst air quality in the US, people dying in homelessness (in record numbers), notoriously bad traffic, a terrible dump of an airport with no public transit.

But hey, the Governor is raising the minimum wage for health care workers, and making sure candy doesn’t have red dye number 3. And Hollywood millionaires do really care about social causes.

So maybe that will help the dead homeless people feel better.
