As a mod it’d be useful to see the list of users that belong to a given community. Is it possible in the current UI?

Not currently, but you could open up an issue for this.
We’ve also recently hidden the subscribed communities for users, as someone pointed out it might be a privacy issue.

Just for the record, I’m very much against this. I consider it a serious privacy problem if mods can see a list of subscribers.
