Outside the ethics of bovine milk, if the supply chain has ground to a halt, and food safety regulations mean you can’t sell warm, unpasteurised, unfiltered milk at your front gate (Yay, faeces and gravel) then it’s going to be tipped because it needs to be in this instance.

Not only that, but the gov. subsidizes our farms so we have food to eat. We produce and excess so we don’t all go hungry.

The us government famously has a cheese storage facility intended for just this purpose.
