It’s massive in that I don’t know if America has had a military parade since the world wars so anything is a lot. It also somehow tens of millions of taxpayer money as they continue hypocritically spouting about government waste.
Utterly pathetic. And it sounds like he’s lamenting his lack of unilateral authority rather than dismissing its possibility. So, no great save there either.

The last military parade in DC was in 1991 at the end of the Gulf War.
