Libb@jlai.luEnglish27·4 days ago- Daily walks and eating healthy food (aka no industrially processed shit). I went from being barely able to walk at all a few years ago (not exagerating) to someone happily walking for miles every single day. Also I’m somewhat much slimmer too :p
- Cutting down screen time, like by a lot. Which helps in getting more time to do fun & exciting stuff (including walks)
