    That’s the neat part, you don’t… have to choose. You can be on both! A set of linked alts is a very responsible way to use the fediverse; that way if an instance has downtime you have continuous identity.

          Piefed has fields for it, on lemmy I just put them in my profile textbox.

      Most people complain that many accounts / not knowing where they should create them is the main obstacle to adoption. Creating even more seems worse

    For now if you use Voyager, you’ll need to stick with Lemmy. But since it’s all federated it doesn’t much matter.

        Mlem dev here. We’re working hard on implementing Piefed support, but it’ll be another few weeks before it’s ready. If you want to use both in a single app right now, consider using Interstellar :)
