I guess the Netflix MSTK was an atari situation : just rehypothecate an old brand we happen to own. I’m not sure exactly what happened there but the result is I rarely see praise for it.
That being said, I really liked it. Barbershop quartet in season 2 is a particularly great highpoint of the series.
Unpopular opinion:
Maybe the narrative metaphor of the space station is the dash od salt that enhances the flavor of the voiceovers and that’s why I didn’t get into rifftrax 🤷♀️
It’ll turn out to be a ruse by Tv’s Son of Tv’s Frank.
He’ll procede to force the crew of the Enterprise to watch b-movie sci-fi.

Still disappointed we never got a season 14, but at least we still get Turkey Day marathons!
