Oh yeah, the mirror shard and a few other things in those later movies that reference book stuff that was never shown on-screen…
Well even for the adult actors the flashback scenes were kinda eh in the movies. Having Rickman during DH2 shoots portray the young Snape in the flashback scenes to the murder night and the first few schoolyears was visibly weird. Having Dumbledore in the Tom Riddle flashbacks look so different from his first appearances in the movies was kinda weird. Etc.
