Yeah, it hasn’t bit me yet, but I know it will. Sometimes I feel like it’s the only way I can fall asleep, though :c

It’s just a habit that can be changed though :) I also used to sleep on my stomach, since I was a kid. But started waking up with such horrendous neck pain.

The way i sleep is so specific now. Feels like I have perfected it. I love doing a version of A, where I have a pillow between my knees, and another to hug. I make sure that my pillow really supports the neck by kind of propping it up a bit and pushing it into the neck. I roll my shoulder forward so that I get more flat and as much of my torso as possible is touching the mattress, and keep that arm straight in front of me. If I can lie down on the floor in that position I know I’m in the “right”, comfortable position. I usually prop my e-book up against another pillow and read until I fall asleep. Journaling, and the cognitive shuffle sleep method is also great to combat racing thoughts.
