My boss noticed a young adult coworker was distractable/off and asked what was up. Coworker volunteered that she’d been unable to pick up her prescription medication (lack of car and a parent that controlled what pharmacy she could use).

Boss offered a ride to the pharmacy and the problem was solved for at least that month. I think coworker was able to migrate the prescription after that.

Anyways, you have to be supportive of n00bs. They’re the future.
