I haven’t read this series before, but just checked this chapter out to make sure it wasn’t NSFW or something like that. I love the artwork. The perspective in this chapter playing with the different scales was great. That hand reaching down from the clouds and skewering that monster stopped me dead in my tracks as I was flipping through.
It is now Murata, the artist is different. The artist is Kyoutarou Azuma, the author is One though. One is the author and Murata is the artist for one punch.

Apologies, you are right. The author is ONE (like OPM), but the manga is adapted by Azuma Kyoutarou. It looks really good.
