If Angels used meat suits so they wouldn’t burn human’s eyes, why are they still wearing meat suits in heaven when its just them?

Castiel said that if a human would see his true form, he wouldn’t be able to take it and die.

But when its just them in Heaven, they are still im human form?

Same with the demons, they are in human forms when in Hell.
