It’s simply a term for any arbitrary amount of idea. Everything is a meme. Your argument is like saying “nothing has mass if you call everything mass”.
If everything is a meme then nothing is a meme.
Internet meme means a picture that is funny, ironic or relateable. This is none of those. This is a screenshot of an political opinion.
