I still use Bean as it works for my uses. But, disappointed there wasn’t more transparency and communication. Also, disappointed it wasn’t made Open Source so someone could’ve picked it up. It feels like multiple levels of “screw you” to users

Yeah, I paid for the lifetime plan. It would’ve been nice if they had at least treated us with the source code when they couldn’t continue the development and if they’re able to get back into the project they could further build on the foundation and their knowledge.
