Man I just hate it didn’t stick the landing. The whole boner bait and switch and the finale of generic magic slinging fight. But the first few episodes had me enthralled.
It’s how I feel about Shang Chi. If they could’ve pulled off a better ending, it would be one of my top Marvel movies, but the let down of another big magic slinging CGI filled fight pushed it below my to 5 when I watched it (though it’s probably still in my too 10).
I wouldn’t say “pumped”. She was a c-list background character in a b-list mini-series.
I’m still interested in where they’re going with it and I like the actress, but “pumped”? Yeah, no.
Wandavision has been my favorite Marvel series so far, but even I can’t bring myself to be too excited about this because it was so long ago.
