3. Distributed Aperture Radar scanning for high resulution, quick update visual intel in all weather conditions.

5. ICBM interception thru kinetic impact

6. ICBM interception thru distributed direct energy means

7. cicumventing local internet censorship for psyop means

8. securing those orbits before china can put satelites there

9. blocking the view of higher flying enemy spy sats
