Personally, I like:

Turkish coffee, I received a cezve as a gift, Lots of crema (they don’t call it that, but it’s very frothy).

Coffee soda. Double shot espresso in a glass of ice, add soda water to taste. Great when it’s hot out.

Coffee milk. Same double shot in a glass of milk, with lots of sugar. Reminds me of my childhood. The official state drink of Rhode Island.

Put a dash or two of long pepper with the coffee grinds in my aeropress.

Gives it a nice aroma and subtle change in taste. I tried putting the pepper directly into my cup at first but the grounds would settle at the bottom and be weird to drink at the last sip (kinda like turkish coffee or moka/vietnamese coffee with the fine grinds at the end).

Have been on a kick lately making that toktok fad coffee Dalgona(?)

tsp instant espresso/coffee tsp sugar tsp water

Whisk or use beverage frothing device to whip it into a foam then apply however you please.

I put it over milk hot or cold sometimes chocolate, or over ice and pour milk over the top (or milk alternative)

Its like an espresso latte without much effort and way less technology.

      The dude abides 😎

My wife and I love white Russians. Lately we’ve been making our own coffee syrup, Havana 7 year rum and 10% cream. It’s also very good.

    coffee milk.

You might like a bombón coffee. Take condensed milk and espresso, and mix them real well. You’re aiming for a 50/50 but that might be too sweet, so adjust accordingly.

I make it out of good quality instant coffee, condensed milk, caramel, ice, cinnamon, couple drops of vanilla (or real vanilla if you’re bougie), and whole milk. Put it in a big ass jar and store in the fridge. Great for 35C+ weather.

Seems like we always have cans of condensed milk left over from some holiday dessert, I want to try this one too. Sort of like the affogato except already melted.

My daily go-to is an iced breve latte. Two shots of espresso with half-and-half in place of the milk (I usually do half whole milk, the rest half and half to make it lighter/cheaper).

Thanks for reminding me I need to try the new beans I just got as a sprover. The iced americano was a banger. Sprover should be even better.

Coftea, with milk and sugar tastes divine, but maybe only because I’m brewing it with both cheap tea and cheap coffee.

Oh man. In the '90s Pepsi test marketed a coffee soda called Pepsi Kona in my area. I loooooved it but I think most people didn’t care for it. It never occurred to me that I could just make it!

Inpsired by the mixed ice drinks at the chain “the coffee bean and tea leaf” (I only see it when traveling, not native to hometown) I just make coffee and chai tea, mix it together with butter (hot). Their iced drinks are amazing, and besides the large amount of sugar, Im certain its the mix of coffe and tea.
