I wish Aldi did delivery. IGA is $$$$. I have a disability/chronic illness, hence delivery from colesworth. Plus trying to avoid get sick from all the illnesss going around.
I think during the lockdowns the local IGA may have done it by phone, and they may have implemented online shop by now.
But to be honest IGA items and prices are bougie, I need one stop cheap homebrand basics and I specifically go for Coles because I can routinely get $2-4 delivery slots.
Edit: Cat food is also a big decider for where I shop because of Melbcat’s food intolerances. I’ve found that by luck the duopolies both have a flavour of homebrand cat food she can eat, and if those are out of stock there’s still pricier name brands there that are ok. From experience IGA have less of a selection and generally just stock a few popular brands which contain her (very common) allergens.
Now I’m wondering if it’s possible to grocery shop online or buy by phone and get delivery without colesworth.

It sucks how a lot of the people that have lower incomes and are more vulnerable have fewer means to avoid the price gouging
