The research was funded by the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation Motive is subjective but the funding isn’t.

Tattoos, brands, scarring, disfigurement, you’re a hell of a dumbass if you think this must be some grand conspiracy methodology. If they want to track your records, it’s called a database. If they want to physically mark you there’s much simpler methods. And no one’s added it to a vaccine because… Drumroll… It’s a dumbass waste of resources and time. By the way, your goalpost moving wasn’t unnoticed. This is just as equally stupid as the microchip theory and worth mentioning directly anyways.
