Twenty-three Chinese swimmers competed at the Tokyo Olympcs despite testing positive for the banned drug TMZ

As a life ling swimmer/coach I can tell you this is not as surprising as it sounds. The last time the Chinese made headlines in swimming it was because Sun Yang’s mother ordered blood vials be destroyed before they could be tested, which we all know is incredibly innocent behavior.
I still want to see the “Unethicalyimpics” where they do zero drug testing, the athletes are sponsored by pharmaceutical companies, and there’s cash prizes for the winners.
It’s called the Enhanced Games and Peter Thiel is funding it https://www.forbes.com/sites/roberthart/2024/01/31/billionaire-peter-thiel-backs-doping-friendly-olympics-rival---what-to-know-about-the-enhanced-games/?sh=60c2b6eb501f
The IOC should start branding their own performance-enhancing drugs for sale to participants and the audience, then only allow athletes to compete if they test positive for IOC-brand Olympiroids.
What, don’t tell me you think the IOC is too ethical to let this happen.
Common misconception is that PED screening is a drug test, it’s not - it’s an intelligence test.
