    I didn’t bother viewing the video, but if the idea of this community is to highlight disinformation to have it reported, submission statements describing the content of the video, and why it is disinformation would be helpful. Right now, in global feeds posts from this community appear to be supporting the videos presented.

      Agreed. I ended up here by following a link in the “Trending communities” block on my frontpage, but was really confused about the purpose of this space since there are no details with the submissions.

      Agreed. Plus, I’m mainly on Lemmy for text content, so it’d be nice to see something more than just a link to a video. If I want to watch videos, I’d go directly to YouTube.

      i wish people wouldn’t go by hearsay but actually listen to the source themselves. Saves a ton of misinformation.
