We’ll have to wait and see. The PC versions of previous games have come out as “complete” editions only after DLC and such.

With sixteen as well there was a minimum exclusivity window but it was said up-front that that did not mean they had the PC version ready and waiting to go, the moment it could do so.

Don’t worry, they’re complaining about poor sales and this is Square Enix so they will almost assuredly double down on the issues causing those poor sales.

Can’t wait to explore the world map. I hope they have plenty of hidden treasure and areas. With the climbing and flying chocobos, they just have to.

That game is dull as fuck anyway. It’s the first FF that I can truly say the combat really sucks.

It’s not. This is not an expansion/DLC. This is a stand-alone game, sold at full price. You can pay it without owning FF7 Remake.

I prefer VII:R’s battle system over XVI’s because I just can’t handle it getting so fast-paced and button mashy, then doing it over and over again until I get lucky and win. I had the play the entirety of the game with the stupid handicap accessories in order to keep me from breaking my controller. VII:R’s got a wait mode which gives me time to think and really puts a star on it for me.
