Elon Musk-led X Corp. has commandeered "@music" from a long-time Twitter user, software developer Jeremy Vaught.

X terms of service has right to take back username. X ported his followers over to new account at least, he said. Vaught is still using X, though he did set up account on Threads and Mastodon.

    It gets worse on Fediverse as there are multiple threads to the same link on multiple instances. can’t get rid of reposts anymore
